Discovery - the Key to a Great Website Build Project.

No-one knows your business like you do.  You are only one knows how things are going, what is going well and what needs to be changed to grow your business.

In order for any web design studio to know how and what to build they need to first seek to understand every aspect of your business.  This is why we offer our Discovery Pack product.

We start off with a quick ice-breaker conversation after which we'll ask you to provide essential information about you, your company, your target market and your competition.

You'll also need to think very deeply about what your goal is - what you need your website to achieve.  Perhaps there are more than one but we recommend focussing on a single goal and going all-out to achieve it.

The Discovery period is 5 working days (in most cases) as we've learned that this is the sweet-spot to uncover all we need to know, consider options for implementation and present a report to you in an easily consumed format.  The proposal will also include a guide to the investment required from you.

What You Can Expect - How This Works

  • You Sign-up and pay for a Discovery Pack.
  • We'll be in touch next day to setup the initial meeting.
  • We'll provide you with an essential information questionnaire.
  • Five days later you'll get a Discovery Findings and Solution Report which will include costings for each option.
  • After you've had time to review the report we'll be back in touch to answer questions and move forward.

The outcomes from the Discovery phase significantly reduces the cost of the subsequent Build phase.  It also reduces the time it takes to get your website live on the Internet.
