Yes – we understand that not everything old is retro-cool. ‘Daggy’ logos may be hurting your brand so maybe it is time for a refresh as part of the Homepage Reno. We can provide a few suggestions for you to consider but it will be an extra cost that we can discuss.
Yes, if you’d like us to. After you have paid for the renovation you can decide to either manage the WordPress site yourself (we’ll show you how) or take up one of our Support Plans. This includes keeping everything up-to-date, secure and providing you with suggestions for future improvements to make sure your business website keeps up with online trends.
Yes – you do have to have an existing website. We take a look at your current site and come up with a plan to use your content along with new assets such as text, imagery and video to give your business a new lease on life.
We use the names of your competitors to analyse their websites to compare to yours in order to find what they are doing (that is working) that you should be doing as well. We also check what keywords they are using and which market segment/demographics/avatars they are targeting.
For websites we build and support we make sure they are hosted by a company that specialises in WordPress hosting. There are many companies that do this. WP Engine, Siteground and Flywheel are just a few who specialise in this area. We choose one based on your needs.
For Homepage Renos we use your existing host but are more than happy to make a personal recommendation should you be interested in moving your hosting.

An interactive prototype is a black and white version of your website that is designed to prove the functionality and features as they will work in the browser. No design elements are applied at this stage as the prototype is just built to allow all parties to make final decisions on the functionality.
Information architecture is the relationship of how all the different pages of a website are related to each other. This is communicated visually through a sitemap. We provide you with a sitemap at the early stage of a project to make sure your thinking and our planning are aligned.sions on the functionality.
We will install Google analytics software on your new website and show you how to log into your Google analytics account where you can see a wide range of statistics about your website including number of visits, page views than the amount of time people are spending on your website.
We will also provide statistics as part of our monthly reporting to you.
