NAB and MLC Insurance have an ongoing partnership whereby the insurance company provide support for branded products promoted by the bank to their customers. The brief for this project was to build an internal-use only Learning Portal to help NAB team members understand their markets, products and complete learning modules.
As the project required several layers of integration we chose to develop on the WordPress platform. The client were keen to have eye-catching graphics, consistent branding and engaging display of market statistics. The key learning portal module was built by a third-party and we were able to provide an integrated container and full functionality.
As the site will only be used by internal NAB staff we were asked to add IP address limitation and design principally for desktop screens.
This site provides NAB sales people an overview of their insurance products, customers and a snapshot of the Australian landscape they’re operating within. Staff can find important documents, training modules, claims data and key customer stats. The more they understand their products and customers, the better they’ll be at offering them appropriate protection solutions.
