The owner/operator at Riverina Driving Academy was frustrated by his web developer. His site had been built several years ago and he was having problems in getting changes made by his developer who had used a very plain proprietary WordPress theme. He wanted to spruce things up and make his website much more appealing to learner drivers and their parents in order to choose them for training over their competitors.
With the exception of the contact information there was no content on the existing site that would lead a site visitor to the goal of making a booking. To this end we focussed on personalising the content by using photographs of the instructors and heir vehicles. Images of successful learner drivers was added as social proof and instructional video content was added to demonstrate their passionate concerns for road safety.
Most importantly and to achieve the key goal of the business website we added a third-party online scheduling application.
After some training in how to set up and using the online booking application the driving instructor team started out on the road to success. To his credit the owner also followed up with search engine advertising and completed his Google My Business account.
